We would love to include your pet on our website! You can email, snail mail, or drop it off at the front desk — however you want to get it to us, just do it!
We want to put your special pet on the web! Include your name, your pet's name, a return address for the picture, and a phone number.
Bring us your email address and we will email you your dog or cat's website address!

If you want your photo back, please put your name and address on the back of the photo with instructions to return it. If you don't need the photo back, we would like to add it to the new collages we are putting together for the clinic hall walls.
All work must be original, and we reserve the right to publish at our discretion.
