You may fill it out and press submit and your reservation is on the way. If you are not sure of your choices, you may print out the form, fill it out later, and either fax it to us or bring it with you on the day of boarding. Our fax number is (816) 741-0737.

However, the "basic reservations" for lodging are necessary in advance, so please either send this form in with the dates for boarding or call us at (816) 741-8338 right away so we may reserve the boarding spaces for your pets.
